Available Character File Formats

LuppetX is software designed to animate VRM format 3D character models.
(Therefore, it does not support Live2D or FBX formats.)

Compatible with VRM1.0

It is compatible with VRM1.0, the official VRM standard released in September 2022.
　
As a result, you can use models exported in both the traditional VRM0.x and VRM1.0 formats.

How to Obtain VRM Files

There are various methods, but some common ones include:

  1. Convert an FBX model you own into a VRM file using Unity and UniVRM.
  2. Create one using VRoid Studio, a free software.
  3. Download a generally available model from VRoid Hub.
  4. Purchase a paid model from Booth.
