It is strongly recommended that you try out the demo version before you buy to see if it works as expected on your PC.
(There is almost no difference in functionality between the trial version and the paid version.)

3.Neck mounter

When using LeapMotion with LuppetX, it is used in a hanging down form from the neck using a smartphone holder and a fixing device.

Some users also simply use a makeshift holder to secure the LeapMotion by sandwiching it between objects.

4.Web Camera

I think anything that is sold as a webcam will work.
(I use an ’eMeets C800 webcam’.)
